Training times

Normal sessions

Boxing: Tuesdays 7.30 – 9 pm

Muay Thai: Thursdays 7.30 – 9 pm

During June and July we will NOT be training on the following dates:

Thursday 21st June, Thursday 28th June.

 

What to expect:

We start sessions with a warm-up, so make sure you’re on time for that to make sure you avoid injury. We then typically do some technical work, some drills, padwork or partner work, before moving on to sparring and fitness circuits.

 


Introductory sessions

Intro classes are once a month.

12th June – Boxing

14th June – Muay Thai

10th July – Boxing

12th July – Muay Thai

What to expect:

Some paperwork (!) and the basics of the sport. This will include how to stand, how to move, how to throw a punch, how to kick (if relevant), and how to defend yourself.

 

What to bring:

Bring some water and make sure you wear appropriate clothing (something comfortable that you can move in, a sports bra if necessary), and appropriate footwear for boxing sessions – trainers or boxing boots are fine. Muay thai sessions are done barefoot.
